Overview

Katy Cox is a San Francisco native with the responsibility as Keeper of Elysium. As Elysium is an event, not a place, she coordinates events and rents out galleries, convention centers, theaters and eccentric attractions. Setting up an audience with the Prince through her is possible, and as she's usually flitting around to fulfill her elders' errands, she can be found more commonly in person.

Impressions

Hers is a cheerful and sociable demeanor and often she will field correspondence for her Primogen, Charles Pang and her Prince, Winder. She can commonly be found at Camarilla events wearing her Stepford smile, squirrelling away purses and jackets at coat check, or flitting to-and-from Vampire-owned businesses to send correspondence, hand-delivering in person on the behalf of the anachronisms she serves.

As Pang's childe, she'll do exactly what he tells her to, with glitter and gusto (technically Allies must be mortal only, this is an exception). You'll be able to call on her as IC backup in your adventures.
