Overview
Katy Cox is a San Francisco native with the responsibility as Keeper of Elysium. As Elysium is an event, not a place, she coordinates events and rents out galleries, convention centers, theaters and eccentric attractions. Setting up an audience with the Prince through her is possible, and as she's usually flitting around to fulfill her elders' errands, she can be found more commonly in person.
Impressions
Hers is a cheerful and sociable demeanor and often she will field correspondence for her Primogen, Charles Pang and her Prince, Winder. She can commonly be found at Camarilla events wearing her Stepford smile, squirrelling away purses and jackets at coat check, or flitting to-and-from Vampire-owned businesses to send correspondence, hand-delivering in person on the behalf of the anachronisms she serves.
PRPs: Playing Katy
PRP runners can use Katy Cox as a fixer NPC to give quests that fit the vibe of Clean Up Crew (covering masquerade breaches) or Destruction Worker (criminal shenanigans). She also can be used to complete off-screen tasks like acquiring supplies or getting information because she functions as an Ally for certain player characters.
To use Katy, just play her! No permission is needed, so long as you do not put her in the line of danger, since we as staff use these NPCs and would like them to be uh, alive. Killing Katy needs to be a planned thing with staff cooperation. Once you portray her, just throw in a request saying that you've done so, and what she did in order for us to be apprised of what's up.
In a nutshell, Katy is Cheryl/Carol/Cristal/Karina/Charlene from Archer personality-wise and she's there for people who enjoy winging it and want to run something but aren't exactly a Politics person. If you're more of a theme purist and want something more atmospheric and serious, then feel welcome to use Charles Pang.
PRP runners using Katy as a fixer can have Katy offer minor boons as a reward. She also may reward others as if she has Resources 3. These need to be reported to staff so they can be upheld, such as in the same +job you send in to administer XP and get XP for running.

- Destruction Worker: Katy is an ally available if you take the Destruction Worker Camarilla chargen hook: A lot of people think Katy Cox, Toreador Whip, as little more than Charles Pang's bangtern, but this pretty Prada blonde is a ride or die bitch with plenty of tricks in her little clutch purse. She preens over the title of Keeper of Elysium, coordinating events and renting out galleries, convention centers, and eccentric attractions, meaning if you need to get in somewhere, time to call Cox. You can take Cox as an ally under the premise of being in Pang's good graces and/or working alongside her successfully in the past. As Pang's childe, she'll do exactly what he tells her to, with glitter and gusto (technically Allies must be mortal only, this is an exception). You'll be able to call on her as IC backup in your adventures.
