A Vampire who is Warrant is able to render punishment to those Anarchs who break the law of the territory or who violate the Masquerade. A Warrant may issue orders to fellow Anarchs in combat and give Loser to anybody who disobeys those orders. Once a month, the Warrant vampire may award Thug or Veteran or administer the negative status Cherry or Loser or order an Anarch to be punished (for certain offenses). Those who refuse to accept this punishment receive the status Disgraced and Loser.
The Constable is considered Warrant.
