A Sovereign vampire holds praxis over one of the domains of the Camarilla and, in control of that domain, may reward any individuals with Courteous, Enforcer or Faithful at will. Further, the Sovereign cannot be openly contradicted within the domain where she holds praxis, unless the individual possesses either the status trait Privileged (Elders and the Sheriff have this) or the status trait Authority (those who outrank the Prince have this).
