Overview
Sergio is the Brujah Primogen and has been for about 20 years. What makes him primogen? He takes up the initiative to hold Brujah accountable himself, and he shows up to Court specifically to represent 'em. Do the job until you have it. And he's publicly of the opinion that if anybody wants to take the crown off of him, all they have to do is do it better.
Sergio is a bastard. If you're at arm's length — a plus-one to a gala, an acquaintance — then you may fall for his charisma and magnamious, room-filling personality. This is a guy who has women (and men) on his lap because his wallet pays for his indecencies. His salon, Le Petit Garcon, should give even the dullest a clue. And yet, his age and status seems to render this hate-worthy bastard nigh untouchable.
