Praised

A Praised character is someone who has upheld the social norms, enforcing peer pressure on those who are incompetent or disrespectful towards the sect's laws and customs. A Praised character can expend their Praised status to claim a small favor (akin to a minor boon/sworn debt) from an NPC or a consenting player character who is not already in your debt.

How Do I Get It?

Sect officials can administer Praised to those who insult a Disgraced character, although be advised that this is for upholding the society's norms. The antagonism needs to be appropriately enforcing punishment about whatever misbehavior led the character to be disgraced. It's not an opportunity to just uncreatively call somebody names and whip around to your sect officials expecting tendies.
