Player NPCs

Players (non-staff) running a PRP are empowered to make NPC humans and ghouls willy-nilly. If a player wants a mage or vampire NPC or a ghoul that has more than just 1 Potence, they may request it of staff. Staff will permit that player to make a character via chargen after asking about this character and their role in your PRP. When that character intended to be an NPC is submitted, then staff can convert that PC to an NPC.

Keep in mind the following restrictions for player-created NPCs:

• If you can't make it in CG, you can't make the NPC.
• NPCs may not have a title/rank that supercedes Prince/Archbishop/Baron.
• Canon characters from the books require Batty's approval.
• Stats unavailable in chargen are simply unavailable period.
• NPCs require staff sign-off if they are legal/political leaders.
• Members of an existing IC organization require staff approval.
