Charles is someone who can arrange an introduction to Winder. His company, SLP Consulting Engineers, is known generally to the Praxis as his touchpoint for communications from new faces and visitors. Speaking to him is generally gatekeepered by his personal assistant, Katy Cox. Write into your application that you would like to get into contact with Charles and we will arrange it!

Perhaps you (or your coterie) have done some missions for him in the past! For example, cleaning up after someone was sloppy with the Masquerade, owing him a boon, being owed a boon, having a professional relationship otherwise, or knowing him when you perhaps crossed paths in London.

Charles Pang

"Boon -records-? My dear." Charles shakes his head. "I do not know how it is done in Vienna, but here, it is integrity and witness. And what we witnessed when Mister Ward was captured was Luna owing a boon. For what, I'm afraid I cannot say..." His intonation lingers as if that sentence isn't over with, the subtext clear: he won't say it for free.

Overview

Charles Shen-Li Pang is an esteemed member of the Praxis, a little over 200 years dead, from Canton, China, sired in part of some abandoned attempt at establishing a Camarilla presence in Hong Kong. His wealth and connections made him a target for ghouling and grooming. When it was time to embrace Pang, he was "raised" in London, released half a century later. Pang has been in San Francisco since the 1950s, profiting off of engineering and construction company contracts during the city's major redevelopment and freeway construction phase. As such, he's able to get his hands on a surprising gallery of things for the creative willing to purchase them.

Impressions

Primogen Pang keeps a professional distance but he's a polite, observant and like-able man when he wants to be. He usually wants to be.
