V20 and M20 have conflicting mechanics for targeted attacks (called shots). We use the M20 version which is this:
Designate the target. The difficulty and damage gets higher the more precise the target:
- Medium (arm, briefcase): +1 difficulty, for +1 damage dice.
- Small (hand, head, cellphone): +2 difficulty, for +2 damage dice.
- Precise (eye, heart, lock): +3 difficulty, for +3 damage dice.
