Another body was found near the beaches near Fort Point overnight, this one directly under the southern most legs of the Golden Gate Bridge. As with the previous two victims found within the last several weeks, the victim was brutalized, with several large lacerations across the torso and face, and their left arm severed jaggedly between the shoulder and elbow. The victim was identified as Ellen Hart, age 38, of San Francisco. Her friends said that she had gone down to the beach at Fort Point as she does every year to memorialize a lost friend who brought her to the area. Again, no evidence of the killer or the murder weapon were found. SFPD is currently considering this to be a potential serial killer, and would like anyone with any information to come forward. They assure the public that anyone who can lead them to the identity of the killer will be protected until the killer is apprehended.
