Homeless Man Found Dead

A horrible discovery was made along the beach near Fort Point Rock this morning by a pair of college students taking samples of the ocean water there. The two discovered the corpse of Adam Willets, aged 52 and reported it to the police. Mr. Willets, known to the police as a member of the local homeless population, had been viciously attacked and disemboweled on the beach and left for dead. Authorities are baffled as to whether it was a human or animal that attacked Mr. Willets due to the savage nature of the wounds. A review of the cameras in the nearby area show Mr. Willets walking toward the beach, carrying a bundle of items that were recovered nearby. From the camera footage that is available, police believe that Mr. Willets was walking to the beach area to find a place to sleep for the evening, but was brutally killed upon arrival.
