Charles Pang
Overview
Charles Shen-Li Pang is an esteemed member of the Praxis, a little over 200 years dead, from Canton, China, sired in part of some abandoned attempt at establishing a Camarilla presence in Hong Kong. His wealth and connections made him a target for ghouling and grooming. When it was time to embrace Pang, he was "raised" in London, released half a century later. Pang has been in San Francisco since the 1950s, profiting off of engineering and construction company contracts during the city's major redevelopment and freeway construction phase. As such, he's able to get his hands on a surprising gallery of things for the creative willing to purchase them.
Impressions
Primogen Pang keeps a professional distance but he's a polite, observant and like-able man when he wants to be. He usually wants to be.

You can have Charles Pang wager his Courteous status to...
- Mental, Stealth, or Social Ideas: Obtain a specific piece of art from a private collection or gallery. There are plenty of glitterati in San Francisco. Make up a snooty collector whose spacious home needs some heisting in the name of supporting Mr. Pang's interior designs. Take note that a one-shot like this should target more private collections or modest galleries so as not to garner too much police attention! Interpol won't care about a millionaire's mansion the same way they do the Legion of Honor or de Young.
- Physical Ideas: Issue a hit on high-profile members and affiliates of Sun Yee On, like businessmen with teams of gang-affiliated security holed up in a penthouse or a well-connected kingpin. If you are having trouble thinking of whom, try browsing our NPCs!

- Destruction Worker: Charles Pang runs an operation that provides the basis for the Destruction Worker Camarilla chargen hook: You're an employee of Charles Pang, CEO of SLC Consulting Engineers, an architectural and engineering firm and construction company. You just don't work in the office. Or on the job site. Well. It's a different kind of job site. Whether you're a courier, a hitman, or some other sort of merc, the Camarilla knows to call on you to get the shit done and even pays you for it, even though you're on the papers as an overpaid bricklayer, freighter, or -- get this -- "day laborer", heh. Your nightly role as a mercenary will sometimes put you in the Sheriff's pile of straws to draw for Deputy, and when those nights come it's time to pay your undead levee to the feudal system. When Duty doesn't call, though, Pang puts you to work with 14K and the Wah Ching. Occasionally you'll run into trouble from 14K's rivals, Sun Yee On, and if you're particularly unlucky you'll run into their Sabbat associates. But hey, at least you can charge a premium for those jobs.
