A Vampire with Authority controls their sect within a particular jurisdiction and, as such, can award characters with Courageous, Defender, Honorable, or Faithful at will. Once a month, a vampire with Authority can also give or remove Warned or Forsaken. Princes, Archbishops, and Barons are 'Authority' characters.
At will, character with Authority can...
- Publicly insult Established and Favored characters without legal reprisal.
- Publicly accuse Privileged characters of lying without legal reprisal.
- Reject or ignore orders given by Glorious or Commander characters.
- Allow a Forsaken character to visit or reside in their domain.
