Grigory Usov
Known Info
Grigory Usov has lived within San Francisco for the better part of a decade, with only small gaps in between to take care of business in other areas. He is the Owner/Operator of Eden, a High-Luxury Hotel within the city and is a known Philanthropist.
OOC Masq Policy
He is known to offer favors to those that seek his help, in return for favors in kind. Though on rare occasions, he is known to do it for the entertainment of the experience itself.
If a person needs work, it seems that he seems to 'know a guy that knows a guy'. No skill seems to be below his notice.
Grigory is a Camarilla member but seems to offer assistance to all sides. Anarch, Sabbat even Magical folk. All are welcome within Eden's walls and treated as guests. As such, Eden is a neutral meeting ground.
