Timescale

The in-game calendar date is whatever today actually is in reality. The actual IC time, however, has been tinkered so that the +time command always reports evening, night, and early morning hours. The ratio is 3 OOC hours to 1 IC hour.

Non-vampire characters may choose to have daytime scenes, but the default assumption is that scenes are at night because vampire players shouldn't be outed thanks to their OOC schedules.

You have no personal obligation to strictly adhere to the time and weather displayed in +time for your own personal scenes, however, all coded in systems do honor the IC timescale, and if you have the Lunacy flaw, we do expect you to RP according to the moon phase.
