There is no risk-level system or other means of making your character completely immune to consequences and in-game events. Your character can get attacked (socially, physically, or otherwise) and even killed just like any other person's character and you are obligated to honor the IC aftermath of whatever occurs. However, you are not obligated to participate directly in a scene that you don't want, as a player, to participate in.

This means you may excuse yourself from participating in a scene at any time for any reason whatsoever (even "I'm not in the mood for this right now"), but non-participation is not to be abused as a means of dodging IC consequences. You are expected to either mutually agree on a later date to finish the scene, delegate your character to a friend or a staffer for the remainder of the scene, or OOCly discuss how the scene should resolve.

If you wish to cease participating in a scene, then others are expected to honor your decision. If a player makes comments towards you that you find uncalled for, then tell them this and tell them to stop. If you are unwilling, tell a staffer about it and they will do so for you. If the player continues to behave in a manner they were instructed not to, then their behavior will be considered harassment and addressed accordingly.
