On his neck and arms, he has old, cheap looking tattoos, blurry runes and triangles, and what might be some kind of bird. His hair is short on the sides, and a bit longer in the center, where it is stylishly dishevelled. On his face perches a pair of stylish glasses, to really complete the look. Why not use your own CSS and hex values?  You *can*, but by God this is simpler and makes a more uniform site. 10/10, recommend. And besides, these colors have been pre-selected for ease of use and for WCAG AA compliant contrast ratios (that is, you can't fuck these up and make it so that the colors that it picks are illegible against the background color choice).
