Most importantly Vicissitude is not astrosyphilis that was dumb as hell and that intern should feel like an ass-grabbing fool thank u now onto the rules:

Remember: creative use of a discipline to unlock the effects of another trait will be rejected on the basis that you need to pay for them. That means that if you want to use vicissitude to obtain a merit or remove a flaw, you will be expected to pay XP for it (5 xp per level of merit/flaw).

Please note that you cannot create something out of nothing with Vicissitude: look at the mechanics for Fleshcraft, for example (remove points in one area to add points to another). On Modern Nights, while we will handwave cosmetic oddities that confer no mechanical benefits, you may NOT fleshcraft onto yourself any sort of mechanical benefit unless you have Vicissitude 6 (Graft Life To Life) and frankly you don't have Vicissitude 6. So, no Hindu god impersonations, for example.
