Enhancement is a Background you can read more about in the M20 core. Purchasing Enhancement has no prerequisites, but is generally limited to tech-based characters (Etherites, Virtual Adepts, cyberpagans, etc).

= In Character Generation=
Enhancement is a standard Background bought with Background dots, Freebies, and Starting XP, but it costs double. That means 2 Background Points will yield 1 dot, 2 Freebies yield 1 dot, and the XP cost is 6 per level, not 3.

When you create a character and pick an Enhancement score, you will be asked to set a note called "'''enhancement'''" on your character. In this note, please disclose the nature of your Enhancements. As stated on page 312 of M20 Core, the Storyteller may assign additional Flaws to pair with the Enhancement (you will be able to discuss them with the Storyteller).
